Featuring 10 4-inches of open-cell polyurethane foam, the mat is self inflating provide ease of use when setting up and the pressure can be topped off with the EXPED Mini Pump for a desired frimness. When it's time to pack it way you can quickly release the pressure with the two extra large deflation valves and you can stow it away in the included carry case.
