Highfield: Farming with Purpose

We bring you the story of Louise and David, stewards of Highfield Farm and Woodland and welcoming hosts of Kestrel Nest EcoHut. Louise and David farm in synergy with the environment, leaving the natural environment better than they found it. They farm with purpose, taking care to nurture and revitalise Australia’s critically endangered habitats. Meanwhile, Snowy Valley locals have access to beautiful, ethically raised lamb and seasonal produce with low food miles. Louise and David are part of the solution to climate change. We can be too.
