How do I participate?
Joining is easy! Just click here to get started and create an account. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the ways we currently offer to earn points!
I've purchased from Tom's Outdoors before, how come I don't have an account?
Most people who have purchased from us have checked out via guest and therefore not created an account. You will need to create an account with our site to start accumulating points and redeeming rewards.
How can I earn points?
*Earn 9 points for every $1 (excluding shipping, gift cards and guided fly fishing tours) you spend in our store. You can also earn points by participating in other actives such as following us on instagram.
Following a purchase you may be sent an email requesting either a review of our service or a review of a product you purchased. Leaving either a product or company review when requested via email can earn you 250 points. You must be subscribed to our mailing list to receive a review request.
What can I redeem my points for?
500 points: $5 Off Coupon (Minimum spend $20).
1000 points: $10 Off Coupon (Minimum spend $40)
2500 points: $25 Off Coupon (Minimum spend $100)
5000 points: $50 Off Coupon (Minimum spend $200)
10 000 points: $100 Off Coupon (Minimum spend $400)
Please note that points can only be redeemed off full-priced items.
How do I redeem my points?
Glad you asked! We want to make it easy to redeem your points. Just click the rewards app to view all of our reward options in the bottom right corner of your screen. All rewards expire 6 months after being issued. Reward coupons can not be used on sale items, Tom's Preloved items, or combined with other discounts.
Here are the steps to view and redeem your points:
- Log into your account on our website (top right corner)
- Click the green rewards pop-up on the bottom right-hand corner
- View your points and select the voucher you wish to redeem
- Then copy the code which may be sent to your email
- Paste in your discount code at checkout
Can I redeem more than one offer at once?
Unfortunately the system isn't smart enough to allow more than one offer to be redeemed at a time.
How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date points balance is displayed in the rewards portal on the bottom right hand side of your device (when you are signed in). Please sign in here.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Signing up is 100% free and it will never cost you anything to earn points.
Do I have to enrol or register in individual promotions?
Once you register for an account, you're all set . We don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion and we'll post the points to your account immediately!
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you make a purchase.
Do my points expire?
We're afraid nothing lasts for ever. Your points will expire after 2 years of inactivity.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on this rewards page. You cannot buy extra points.
What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?
From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore just click the 'unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
