The Rab Women's Alpine 800 Down Sleeping Bag is built for cold conditions and light packing. Made with 800g of quality 650FP European Duck Down and wrapped in 20D Pertex Quantum ripstop nylon for an ultra-warm sleeping bag that can be packed down into a small and lightweight package. The tapered mummy shape in combination with the lightweight, wind resistant Pertex Quantum fabric trims off excess bulk where possible while offering a comfortable nights rest in sub-zero conditions.
The Alpine 800 has a chevron baffle design and a trapezoidal box-wall construction which saves weight with no unnecessary fabric to add bulk. The opening of the sleeping bag allows for maxim warmth retention thanks to its 3D shaped down collar.
Rab tests their sleeping bags out in the real world to gain a more accurate representation of the true lower limit of their sleeping bags. This rating is known as the Rab Sleep Limit and typically falls close to the EN Lower Limit.
