The Grill Plate Half Deep Depth from Snow Peak is a durable stainless steel unit that can be used to cook meat, fish or vegetables. The Versatile cooking surface can be used with the Large Snow Peak Fireplace and Grill or the Double BBQ Box for modular cooking surface solutions.

Before using, heat the plate until smoke is visible to set the coating in place. After use, wash with mild detergent and dry with a paper towel.
